In the periods from 2021 to 2020, the Prato Fasil system recorded the distribution of more than 300,000 meals
The CP’s “Prato Fácil” system was developed by the State Secretariat for Social Assistance and Social Development – Seas to assist the agency on the front line against hunger in the state.
Using Cadastro Único – CadÚnico, as a database, the system controls and helps monitor the distribution of meals in restaurants approved by the “Prato Fácil” program.
Restaurant owners also benefit from the meal distribution management platform. It allows residents to see addresses of approved restaurants, and monitor the amount of food available in real time.
Currently, 18 restaurants are registered in the municipalities of Ariquemes, Cacoal, Guajará-Mirim, Ji-Paraná and Porto Velho, which have registered in their database more than 370,000 meals distributed between 2021 and 2022.
Also in partnership with Seas, Setic has developed a research tool to help monitor recipients of the Temporary Income Transfer Program – AmpaRO. Through this system, the citizen had a virtual channel to follow and withdraw the benefit, thus avoiding exposure and clustering during the most dangerous period of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rondônia’s land regulation has also gained support through the “Regulariza Já” platform. The system model developed according to the needs of the State Supervision Authority for Heritage and Land Regulation – Sibat, automates the application for the issuance of title deeds related to the urban area. In accordance with Article 2 of Ordinance No. 160 of May 8, 2020, it is recommended that bodies providing public service use technologies that allow remote assistance and reduce the flow of people in minors. Madeira River – PRM.
The development of the system began at the end of 2020, with the aim of raising the burdens of land settlement operations, from the service to the beneficiary and other requests, giving services flexibility.
The Solar Digital System automates and brings the entire environmental licensing process online
The latest project allied to the state development is the Rondonia Environmental Licensing and Grants System – Solar, created for the Ministry of Environmental Development – SEDAM, which automates and brings the entire environmental licensing process online, from ordering to issuance of licenses, and integration with other services, such as: Taxes, official publications, and digital signatures.
In line with Rondônia’s strategic planning, in the environmental axis and in regional development, Solar proposes to reduce the time for analysis of environmental licensing operations.
The tool arose from the need to speed up physical documentation procedures and simplify and computerize procedures as a new way of communicating with citizens.
This system will be launched at the ninth edition of the Rondônia Rural Show Internacional, between May 23 and 28, in Ji-Paraná.
VisaOn allows for online screening process to be carried out
In pursuit of agility and less bureaucracy, another system allied with digital transformation is VisaOn, designed according to the needs of the state health watchdog agency – Agevisa. The digital platform allows data to pass through the data provided by the Rondônia – Jucer Board of Commerce to facilitate the licensing of Agevisa-licensed institutions.
All operations carried out in a decentralized manner, by e-mail and processed by the Electronic Information System – SEI, are now performed by VisaOn; Modernizing the operation and management of the Rondônia Government’s Health Surveillance Service and meeting the requirements of entrepreneurs in the health and population sector.
The coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic has also reflected on the state’s administration. The executive branch has distinguished itself in terms of transparency, issuing action reports and daily bulletins on the coronavirus, through the automation of information implemented by Setic.
Setic automates the information and sends it to Cievs for review and finalization
Through an API, a middleware that allows two applications to communicate, Setic executed during the full peak of the epidemic, scanning records of new cases, deaths, people who recovered and other information in the eSUS -VE database – Datasus.
The information is sent to the Strategic Information Center on Health Surveillance – Cievs, which reviews and produces official documents of the Rondônia government, such as the work report and the daily bulletin on the coronavirus in the state.
Simultaneous recording of information has been and remains an important health ally in Rondônia. Although the number of COVID-19 cases has decreased, even today Setic is scanning records and releasing daily spreadsheets, with the data being reported.
