But with the advancement of technology in recent decades, the scenario has changed dramatically. New technologies and materials are used in building construction without compromising the environment.

The system produces clean work (no lumps, no waste, no litter) on the construction site, no debris build-up, no buckets with less material movement. This waste issue is handled carefully, because it produces a high cost of assembly. In addition to the need for places to dispose of the rubble, the financial losses of the person who acquired the materials that were not used, among other things.
