The ICT market has experienced strong heating in recent years, increasingly requiring the hiring of professionals with a variety of attributes and experience. According to the sectoral report for 2021, published by Brasscom in March 2022, there is an expectation of significant growth in the demand for new talent in the technology field within five years, reaching the need for 797 thousand professionals, with a simple average of 159 thousand jobs. Each year, taking into account the years from 2021 to 2025. Finding professional profiles is only part of the solution to this challenge: the frenetic pace of market development makes very specific knowledge necessary so that companies in this sector can keep pace with the constant demand for solutions.
In this context, Facti, a private scientific and technological enterprise, specializing in the development of technological and training solutions for the ICT market, offers interested parties throughout the national territory “QualiFacti – Training to meet your needs”, which focuses on providing diverse, agile, high-quality technology training, so that students are better prepared to meet the challenges posed by the ICT market, whether in winning their first job or in transforming and developing their careers.
The project implemented by Facti is part of MCTI’s future, a program of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation that aims to support large-scale national technology training actions. Its implementation is funded with resources from contributions to the PPI for Informatics Law, coordinated by Softex.
QualiFacti courses are aimed at people with secondary and higher education in progress or completion. They offer a 20-hour educational journey, through technology immersion with an emphasis on practical knowledge. The workload is divided into 4 hours offline and 16 hours of live online lessons, taught by qualified instructors with market experience. Upon completion of the learning journey and meeting the minimum requirements, the student will receive a certificate.

The program “MCTI Futuro: Futuro do Trabalho, Trabalho do Futuro” was launched in September 2021 by Order No. 5156. Founded in 1998 by the Brazilian Association of Electrical and Electronic Industries – APIN and the Brazilian Association of Software and Computer Services Companies – Assespro, Facti is a private law institution with administrative, financial and financial autonomy. With proven experience in implementing and managing RD&I projects, Facti is eligible to receive contributions from private resources from tax incentives (eg IT Act, Lei do Bem and the like) or resources from public funding sources (including Finep, BNDES and Fapesp), as well as to manage and ensure Proper use in accordance with the provisions of the signed legislation and contractual instruments.
