On May 17, 2022, a PLDO 2023 The state of Alagoas, approved by the legislature, with the expectation of a contract DPE AL . competition.

MP AL Competition: Current Status

The Alagoas State Solicitor General’s Office has received a mandate to conduct a new public tender in 2023.

The authorization was made through a document published in the Official Gazette of the State on 17 May 2022. See:

DPE AL Competition 2023 approved

The event will be to replace employees in areas that are considered priority State General Administration.

It should be noted that, according to the text, in the 2023 fiscal year, public tendering can only take place if:

  • I – there are public vacancies and positions to be filled;
  • II – there is a previous budget allocation to cover expenses; And
  • Third: Fulfilling the requirements of the Complementary Federal Law No. 101,
    from 2000.

AL Defender Competition: Jobs and Vacancies

There are no projections for positions in the support area in the DPE AL organizational chart. Currently, these positions are occupied by commissioners and contract workers.

Since 2003, when the creation of the DPE AL was approved, competitions were held only for public defenders.

Strategic competitions are in contact with the agency to obtain clarification on the possibility.

To compete, the following requirements are required:

  • Technical: Certificate of completion of secondary school or technical course provided by an institution recognized by MEC.

  • Management Analyst: Higher level in any field of training
  • Law and Legislation: Diploma in Law.
  • Management: Diploma in Management.
  • Archival science: Diploma in Archiving and Registration at the Chapter Council.
  • building: Diploma in Architecture and registration of the Class Council.
  • the press: Diploma in Social Communication with qualification in Journalism and registration in the Chapter Council.
  • Accounting: Diploma in Accounting Sciences and Registration in the Chapter Council.
  • Economie: Diploma in Economics and registration in the Class Council.
  • Civil Engineering: Diploma in Civil Engineering and Class Council registration.
  • Computing – Database: Diploma in Information Technology or any field of knowledge with a specialization in Information Technology.
  • Informatics – Systems Development: Diploma in Information Technology or any field of knowledge with a specialization in Information Technology.
  • Computing – Networking: Diploma in Information Technology or any field of knowledge with a specialization in Information Technology.
  • psychology: Diploma in Psychology and registration of the Class Council.
  • Social Service: Diploma in social work and registration of the class council.

The main responsibilities are:
